Why are some insight cards missing from Lifelog?

You may experience that some insight cards have disappeared from the Lifelog application. This can happen if you log out from Lifelog and then log back in again. Lifelog will then update its insight service and, when doing so, remove all insight cards older than three months.

The insight cards in Lifelog are designed to be “in-the-moment” information. That is why they are not saved for a longer period of time.
