    Why is the audio ringtone muted?

    You may experience that the audio ringtone on the Xperia™ XA, Xperia™ XA Ultra, Xperia™ XA1, Xperia™ XA1 Ultra and Xperia™ L1 sometimes becomes automatically muted. This might occur if you haven’t restarted your device in a long time.

    Try the following:

    • Check that the “Do not disturb” feature is not enabled.
    • Restart your device. After restarting your device the audio ringtone works as normal again.
