    There are a few things you should try first when you experience problems with your device:

    Restart

    • Press and hold down the power key. In the menu that opens, tap Restart. The device should restart automatically.

    • If the restart procedure described above does not work, press and hold down both the volume up key and the power key Icn sony key and power k90. After the notification light flashes once, release the keys. The device should restart automatically.

    Update

    Reset

    • Reset your device to its original settings to free up memory: Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset tablet. Don't forget to back up any important data saved on your device!
