My SmartWatch 3 doesn't seem to charge
- Check the battery level.To view the battery level
- When the home screen is active on your SmartWatch 3, swipe downwards from the top of the screen.
- Use a different USB cable to connect your SmartWatch 3 with the charger, or connect the USB cable to the USB port of a computer. Also, try connecting the charger to a different power source. If you identify a problem with the charger or cable, change the parts accordingly.
