No connection between SmartWatch 2 and Android™ device
- Make sure that your SmartWatch 2 is charged and within range of the Android™ device that you want to connect to. A maximum distance of 10 metres (33 feet), with no solid objects in between, is recommended.
- Check the Bluetooth® settings in your Android™ device, and reset the device if necessary. Then connect your SmartWatch 2 with your Android™ device again.
