    Hardware overview

    Overview of the headset.
    1.

    Neckband

    Wear the headset on your neck.

    2.

    LED indicator

    The LED colour indicates the battery level:
    • Green: 80% or more.
    • Orange: 15% - 80%.
    • Red: Less than 15%.
    The LED flash frequency indicates status:
    • Flashes slowly three times when you press the power key to check the battery level.
    • Repeatedly flashes twice in blue when in pairing mode.
    • Repeatedly flashes four times in green during incoming calls.

    Power key Power on/off key icon

    Short press to:
    • Check the battery level.
    Long press for 1 second to:
    • Power on and attempt to connect.
    • Power off.
    Long press for 7 seconds to:
    • Power on and enter pairing mode.
    Long press for 10 seconds to:
    • Reset your headset.

    NFC detection area

    Touch other devices to this area to use NFC.

    5.

    Microphone

    Make phone calls or use the voice assistant.

    6.

    Volume key Volume up key icon

    Press to increase the volume.

    7.

    Volume key Volume down key icon

    Press to decrease the volume.

    Multi-function key Multi-function key icon

    Short press to:
    • Answer or end a call.
    • Play or pause the current music track.
    • Attempt to reconnect (for Bluetooth connection only).
    Long press for 1 second to:
    • Reject incoming calls.
    • Mute or unmute the microphone during a call.
    • Activate the voice assistant.
    Quickly press twice to:
    • Switch between calls (for Bluetooth connection only).
    • Skip to the next music track.
    Quickly press three times to:
    • Skip to the previous music track.
    9.

    Charger/USB port

    Insert a USB Type-C cable to charge the battery.

    10.

    Headphone

    Use the magnetic earbuds to avoid tangling the cables when the headset is not used.

    The power key is disabled and some of the functions for the multi-function key may not work when the headset and device are connected with the dedicated headphone cable.
