    Why does the Stereo Bluetooth Headset SBH54 drop connection during calls?

    You might experience that when connected to an Xperia™ device, your Stereo Bluetooth® Headset SBH54 drops its Bluetooth® connection during calls. Software has been released to fix this issue.

    If you experience this issue, check the software version of your Bluetooth® headset. To check the software version, press the back key for 6–8 seconds.

    If the software version is lower than 1.6.A.1.6/2, you need to update the host application to the highest version, and then update the headset's software through the host application.

    To update the Bluetooth-stereoheadset SBH54 host application

    1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
    2. Tap Google Play.
    3. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots), then tap My Apps.
    4. Tap Bluetooth-stereoheadset SBH54, then tap Update if there is an update available.
