    Resetting the headset

    Reset the headset if it behaves unexpectedly. Resetting the headset removes all information about paired devices.

    To reset the headset

    1. Make sure that the headset is turned off.
    2. Press and hold down the power key Key power on off until the factory reset icon Icn collins factory reset appears on the headset display.
    3. Press the Next key Key fast forward or the Previous key Key rewind to select Icn lance checkmark , then press the Select key Key play pause .

    Note

    You can also access the factory reset option by selecting Icn lance menu settings .
